About Dr. Nicole Aldridge

Dr. Nicole is a licensed therapist with a doctorate in education who supports BIPOC individuals ages 18 to 65 navigating trauma, anxiety, and stress. Her work centers on cultural understanding, compassion, and evidence-based care, blending mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients feel seen, grounded, and empowered to heal and grow. She also helps professionals slow down, gain clarity, and build healthier ways of coping with stress while maintaining their ambition and achieving their goals.

She creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, develop insight, and build resilience.

All sessions are conducted through secure online video appointments. Telehealth allows clients to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.

Insurance

I work with select insurance providers through secure platforms. Out-of-network clients may seek reimbursement.

 I accept major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Florida Blue, and Kaiser Permanente. Coverage may vary by plan. Please verify with your provider.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
