About Dr. Nicole Aldridge
Dr. Nicole is a licensed therapist with a doctorate in education who supports BIPOC individuals ages 18 to 65 navigating trauma, anxiety, and stress. Her work centers on cultural understanding, compassion, and evidence-based care, blending mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients feel seen, grounded, and empowered to heal and grow. She also helps professionals slow down, gain clarity, and build healthier ways of coping with stress while maintaining their ambition and achieving their goals.
